Who can come? All are welcome, all fitness levels, all ages (over 18 years), no prior martial arts experience necessary.
What do I need? Equipment is provided, though we encourage regulars to consider investing in a fencing mask and suitable gloves. It is advisable to bring a bottle of water too.
How much is it? £5 per session to cover the cost of the hall hire. Membership is £20 per year.
What should I wear? Comfortable clothing such as a t-shirt, joggers and trainers are fine. |
